| This course consists of two main parts: the first part of the course is a theoretical introduction the public speaking and preparing + giving presentations. The second part is practical in which students prepare and give small presentation of topics of their choice |

| Students learn (theoretically) the relation between language and society | Introducing a theoretical background about Sociolinguistics | As language learners, students will be introduced to the concept of language in the society. Also they will learn how we represent language both on the personal and societal levels | Making connections between the theoretical knowledge in class and the real language spoken in the street and daily life |
