Identify the classification, Psychopathology, theories of causation of mental illness	Enable the students to perform a thorough Mental Status Examination.	To deliver nursing care to patient with Schizophrenia and others Psychotic Disorder	The students will be equip in the skills of assessment the mental status of their client.
Enumerate theories of human behavior and personality development.	Develop nurse-patient relationship through therapeutic communication	To render nursing care to client with degenerative diseases like Alzheimer Disease and other disease.	Students will be able to understand Psychopharmacology, drug actions, side effects, and drug interaction.
Define concepts of psychiatric nursing, mental health and mental illness.	Formulate plan of care of every client with maladaptive pattern of behavior using the nursing process.	To deliver competent nursing care to a client with mal- adaptive behavior based on the theories	Students will develop competent nursing care and skills to their client with maladaptive behaviors.
